William, based on the followup responses, I'd suggest looking at the air bleeds again to verify they are not plugged. If you can find a screw to drill out and solder (or expoxy) a nipple on you can use the bowl drain with a clear hose to ensure the fuel level is 27.95 plus or minus 1.0 mm.( this is in lieu of the special tool) this would be from the bottom of the bowl up to the fuel level. In practice it should be down from the bowl seam enough for the float to be level or close to it. This provides a runing check on the fuel level vs the static one the float setting provides. If all other things are correct checking these 2 should either find or eliminate them as possibilities. Another possibility could be the spark not advancing. This is checked at the upper timing window with a timing light 5° BTDC below 2000 RPM and 30° BTDC above 4000 RPM. It is controlled by the electronics so if not working, would require a box replacement. Let us know here how these check out so we can think about and suggest other remedies. Max
